●产品介绍：

汽车座椅之防震材普遍使用发泡材，而发泡材成形时的补强物，则是使用无纺布。利用无纺布的易使用性、轻量化及发泡成形时的耐渗漏性，使其与发泡材一体化。这类产品即为所谓的「汽车座椅衬布」。也因为前述各项优点，无纺布成为功能性优越的发泡成形补强材。汽车座椅衬布位于发泡材成形体与金属弹簧之间，作为两者个分隔物。它将金属弹簧的作用力均等分散，同时也保护发泡材成型体不会与金属弹簧摩擦。另外，也避免两物质磨擦后发出声音，具有制音性。

Foam materials are generally used as shock-proof materials for car seats, and non-woven fabrics are used as reinforcements when the foam materials are formed. It is integrated with the foam material by utilizing the ease of use, weight reduction and leakage resistance of non-woven fabrics during foam molding. Such products are known as "car seat linings". Also because of the aforementioned advantages, non-woven fabrics have become foam-forming reinforcing materials with superior functionality. The car seat lining is located between the foam molding and the metal spring as a spacer between the two. It evenly disperses the force of the metal spring and also protects the foam molding from rubbing against the metal spring. In addition, it also avoids the sound produced by the friction between the two substances, and has a sound damping property.
